School No 6 – Baku, Azerbaijan. The new school building was built in 2011 in the neoclassical style. The original school building built during the Soviet era, was demolished to make way for the new school building.

I love those schools in Azerbaijan! What level schools are those? They have grander architecture than most universities. It seems like Eastern Europe and the Middle East are building most of the great classical architecture nowadays, whether they are religious or public buildings.

I like how they spend millions of (insert currency) on fixing up the schools, yet somehow don't bother giving them more original names.

Yes, it is They reconstructed almost all the schools in downtown Baku in french style which fits to many really historical builgins in surrounding area. In general looks nice unless all of them are in this style

p.s. my two nephews study in that school N6
