Sorry, my mistake.

Only Zero Worcester Square is new:

http://www.newenglandmoves.com/prope...-MA-02118.aspx

Fabulous new construction townhouse-style duplex with huge private roof deck overlooking beautiful Worcester Square. With three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a covered deeded parking space, this is a unique opportunity to live in a sleek contemporary space surrounded by a charming nineteenth-century view! Only one flight of stairs from the sidewalk, this penthouse has walls of glass overlooking the square, with high ceilings and a huge, open living/dining kitchen space. — MLSPIN #: 71469040

Hey guys, make sure you source your photos! Don't want to have to edit/delete posts

Bogotá - Colombia

Some contemporary examples of the re-interpretation of our local of neo-tudor styles (30s) applied in buildings.
It is noticeable also the influence of our most important architect, Rogelio Salmona, and our love for brickwork.

Bogotá - Colombia

An example with a few old influences:
art deco, tudor brickwork and stone and Salmona's use of shade and light,
which comes from the old islamic influence in first colonial local architecture "mozárabe".

I'm just following what I saw some of the previous posts (specially page 47), which for me are only a contemporary re-interpretation of traditional styles.
That's the reason for me to include the last examples. However I must clarify that what for some countries can be considered as "traditional", for others not. It always depends on the local analysis and history. An opinion, of course.
