I've heard Slovak ŽOS Trnava bought some Serbian factory which builds and reconstruct carriages, but I didn't know they reconstruct also Slovak coaches there.

I saw on the map that the line Beograd-Bar passes for some kilometres through Bosnia Herzegovina. Are there customs on the border for these kms? Is any station in Bosnia?

No customs and no station, it just rolls through like it's still inside of Serbia, no change or stop whatsoever.

Section trough Bosnia is about 9 km long and its mostly in tunnels. One of the largest tunnels (over 5 km in lenght) is shared between Serbia and Bosnia. There is a station in Bosnia called Strpci but only local trains stop there in the summer because of the large swiming pool that's nearby. All other passenger and freight trains pass there without stoping. If I'm not mistaking the Bosnian part starts in 4:20 of the second video and finishes just before the big bridge in 5:40. That wide tunnel with 3 tracks in it at 5:05 is probably it.

There is a section between Belgrade and Novi Sad that is suitable for that speed but we don't have locomotives that can achieve it. Most of them are geared up for 120 kph and few for 140.
