$100,000,000.00 Skyscraper Fail!

this is very sad

High-rise condominium was to be opened in 2008. The building began to have settling problems. It sunk as much as 14 inches. The only option was to destroy the building.

The condominium's name was the Ocean Towers SPI in South Padre Island, Texas. It is unknown whether the building's construction was topped out. The Landmark Tower in Fort Worth remains the tallest building that was completed to be imploded in Texas.
I honestly think all development projects must be sustainable and futureproof.

You support the good projects... and oppose the bad.

this was after a major hurricane hit the coast last year too. class 5 devastation has a far reaching impact along coastal territories. but really sad to see such a nice towwer go.
