Okupansi Hotel di Bandung Naik Selama BAS
Rabu, 26 September 2012 19:20 WIB BANDUNG, TRIBUN - Okupansi hotel di Kota Bandung mengalami kenaikan selama digelarnya Bandung Air Show (BAS) di Lanud Husein Sastranegara. Bahkan beberapa tamu sudah mulai datang ke hotel mulai hari ini, karena harus menghadiri pembukaan BAS, Kamis (27/9). Director of PR and Communications Corporate BIRD Management, Ossie Himawan mengatakan sudah ada kenaikan okupansi mulai hari ini. Apalagi salah satu hotel yang dikelola BIRD berada tak jauh dari Lanud Husein Sastranegara, yakni BTC Hotel di Jalan Pasteur. "Event ini sudah kami tunggu-tunggu sejak lama. Ini adalah kebanggaan bagi kami selaku warga Bandung. Kami juga siap membantu dalam hal menyediakan akomodasi bagi para peserta dan tamu BAS," ujar Ossie saat dihubungi Tribun, Rabu (26/9). Ossie mengatakan, okupansi hotel selama helaran BAS diperkirakan mencapai angka 90 persen bahkan lebih. Apalagi helaran BAS sampai Minggu (30/9) di mana setiap akhir pekan hotel di Bandung kerap dipenuhi tamu. PR Grand Aquila Hotel, Susanti Jaya juga mengaku sudah ada peningkatan okupansi sejak hari ini. Dia memprediksi tamu hotel akan semakin ramai mulai besok, karena helaran BAS akan dibuka besok. "Kalau hari ini okupansi di angka 60 persen. Sepertinya besok akan naik lagi ya karena kan acara dimulai besok, dan hotel kami berada tak jauh dari tempat digelarnya BAS," ujar Susanti. PR Executive Arion Swiss-Belhotel Bandung, Atika Nurliawati mengatakan okupansi sudah mencapai angka 80 persen. Dia berharap selama helaran BAS kamar di hotelnya dipenuhi tamu.
