Hussein is a very common name. Nothing weird about that.

Zambia is a country in the southern part of Africa. There are highways around the capital city of Lusaka (2x3 - blue lines, pink lines 2x2, 2x2 - red line - the street) and highway that connects the cities Kitwe and Ndola, in all about 100 km...and that's it

Nice photos. The road markings and signs look very similar to those used in South Africa. At first this might seem unsurprising, but thinking a little more about it it is rather unexpected as for what I believe would be the key period for designing those things (say from Zambia's independence in the early 1960s to the early 1990s) Zambia and South Africa had hostile relations due to apartheid. Maybe they are more recent?

Zambia's been updating its highways only within the last three years, and they probably import their signs and traffic lights from SA like many other Southern African countries.
