11. Scotland villa -located near penang turf clun, off Scotland road -23 stories(??) -working on interior(i think)  http://skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=90374 12. Tanjung Pinang Reclamation Project -includes offices, residential, hospital, school(pablo, am i right??) -reclamation in progress 13. Bayan Baru Elevated Highway -streatches from Pesta to bayan Baru round about. there are suggestions to extend it to after a nearby traffic lights to avoid traffic jams. now, i dunno how it is gonna be like -expected to be completed by june?? 14. Thanks TYW! Good job! I believe there are more as I see many cranes and also it's common for low/medium cost apartments to shoot up the skyline of Malaysian cities nowadays
