World's highest highrises/skyscrapers/supertalls?

The thread title is pretty self-explanatory: Where are the world's highest highrises/skyscrapers/supertalls?

As for highrises, I'm pretty sure it's in La Paz, Bolivia, but how about the two taller categories? I know Calgary has an elevation above a kilometer and a 200+m skyscraper (The Bow) under construction. And for supertalls the best I could find on Wikipedia was the Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta, which has an elevation of 225-320m, but a lot of cities there don't have their elevation listed, like Wuhan or Riyadh, both inland cities that could be higher.

there is a difference between tallest (burj dubai) and highest elevation from sea level (some high rise in la paz or quito or some such)

This is the highest town in the world, Wenzhuan, China at 16,730 ft (La Paz is 11,913). There looks to me like two tower blocks in the centre?

This is Lhasa, not Wenzhuan.

Lhasa actually has an 153m Tower, "Roof of The World". It is listed under "Observation tower" in Emporis, but also as a building with 37 floors...

Santiago was not an option... And you know that Santiago is only 520m / 1706ft above sea level?

Lhasa is higher than La Paz, so if the Roof of The World is indeed a building (any pics?) it would be my best guess for the 100-199m category so far.

As for 200-299m, I don't know for sure, but the CBD of Ürümqi (928m above sea level) looks like it could have a skyscraper above 200m:

As for supertalls, the current highest I could find would be the Kingdom Center in Riyadh. 311m tall, 610m above sea level, 921m total. That also makes its tip the highest supertall tip above sea level, beating Burj Dubai (828m high, 5m above sea level, 833m total). This record will soon be broken by Abraj Al-Bait in Mecca, 591m tall, 334m above sea level, 925m total. Note that I took the average elevations from Wolfram Alpha, so the Kingdom Center might actually be in a higher point of Riyadh and the Abraj might be in a lower point of Mecca, so the Kingdom Center might keep the record. Who knows.

Torre Mayor is 230m(?) in Mexico city at over 2200m above sea level. Also the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg is 223m, ~1750m above sea level.

Bogotá is at 2600 meters above sea level, and has many buildings over 100 meters:

Colseguros (140 meters).

Here the 5 highest towers in the city actually:

Torre Colpatria: (196 meters).

Centro de Comercio Internacional: (192 meters).

Ciudadela San Martín: (Main tower, 171 meters).

Edificio Avianca: (161 meters).

FONADE: (147 meters).

---------------------------

By the end of 2012 is estimated to complete the construction of BD Bacatá project in downtown Bogota, which seems to include a tower with a high of 240 meters.

The project will be built here:

Old render: (shows the tower with only 140 meters).

I believe the highest elevated skyscrapers may be in La Paz. In Europe a high elevated building is the old high-rise like Brocken TV Tower.
