yap. I did the initial reservation last Aug 18, and I'm not aware of that possible situation when I made the decision to get from Building 7. Anyway, I was advised by an expert, Ipitin ko na lang daw muna Documents, para di mag umpisa agad process (delaying tactic eka nga). I will start my first equity installment on Sept 30.

In your case, Matatapos mo na pala equity! na Take out ka na ba by Pag-Ibig? Once take out, alam ko pwede na mag move in!

Mas safe ang situation mo. kasi hindi naman nila ma po process sa Pag-Ibig ang Loan mo unless RFO or Livable na ang unit. And from there, bilang ka pa mga 2 mos. (pinaka mabilis daw) para ma Take out or matapos ang Process with Pag-Ibig then another 1 month to start Amortization. Baka Tapos mo ba equity mo at that time?

Ang I think part narin nito yung Construction Bond, refundable daw yun after interior renovation or Construction of your unit. Tama po ba?

HI rray, Building 7 ka rin right? naka visit ka ba lately? napasok mo na yung unit mo? Gusto ko sana makita e, kaya lang everytime dumadaan ako, wala yung custodian ng susi? which were usually during week ends.

Yes, um.. hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa condo.. I just rely on someone else to take pics for me. Hopefully, kapag nakauwi ako ng pinas I can see it. In regards dun sa susi, punta ka sa office ng PPMG para magpasama. Sila na bahala maghanap ng may hawak ng susi.

Yung mga nagiintay po ng approval from Pag-ibig I recommend na tumawag kayo sa Phinma to follow up. Ganito kasi ginawa namin tapos we found out last week pa pala dumating sa kanila. tsk

Hello to all....Im probably the newest in this thread. My wife and I have justed started the process of getting a condo in Flora Vista. We made full reservations already and have submitted about half of the required docs already...we are halfway through the forms already (ang dami)....

To all who went ahead of us, kamusta naman po ang Flora Vista? Gano kabilis yung pag-move-in ninyo? thanks

saang bldg. po kayo? Ako at bldg 7, almost sabay lang tyo cguro? I just endorsed all loan docs & requirements along with PDC checks for my equity payments last Wednesday to my agent & subsequently to PHINMA. Sabi nila isa daw sa pinaka matagal na pag dadaanan ng process e yung pag a annotate ng Title sa RD.
