Ayusin ko lang yung plans. Anong building kayo sir? Corner unit ang nakuha namin but I have the plans for both corner and middle unit.

I was at the open house last saturday and finalized my interest to get 2 adjoining units at Daffodil.

Sana yung (informal) parking maganda din (kung puede). We made the mistake of not securing a parking slot, then nung gusto na namin, hindi na daw puede kasi na-CI na kami, and ready na ang papers at the City Hall.

E kung in-house naman, the cost of the slot is almost equal to two second hand sedans, and the downpayment is good for one sedan na din.

Sent you the plans future neighbors! I got the measurements from the brochure for the middle unit, while I did actual measurements for the corner unit, corner unit kasi kami. Don't rely to much on the plans, for your initial reference lang, as measurements vary from unit to unit, and those variance of millimeters are very important especially for condos.

thanks much! got the plans already. but will visit the unit again to take measurements.

Anyone who can recommend a good contractor to do partitions and finishings?

archnap, do you also design condo units?i also got a unit in lavander.baka pwedeng sayo na ako magpa-design. para madali na kitang maconsult, at least same bldg tayo..thanks!
