Is it just me, or does it look like perimeter piling has began, or will start very soon?

I think it will start very soon

How it come there were no renders or any other info, then suddenly there was a groundbreaking ceremony and they start building. Any ideas?

Nope, none, but another example for that is 157 West 57th Street in New York. 1004ft. tall, no renders, but the piling is done, and foundation work is going on.

Because this hole is the basement of two towers, one is J2-2, the other is another project called R&F ICC (about 250m tall).

The J2-2 and ICC is so close together that they are built on one combined basement.

A forumer from ss.cn posted this claiming it's the J2-2 plot design. He didn't credit the source, so I'm not crediting him either. May be a fake design, who knows.
