Pics taken from STAR TOWER,RPD cross(Residential cum Commercial area)  That tower is Belgaum's landmark   Only Mid rises 5-6 storey apartments(there are lots of them in belgaum) are visible while the entire city sits below the green cover.......

  Looking towards cantonment-----The whole cantonment is sitting under green cover  Towards KLES-quite a number of mid rises are present in Nehru Nagar-5-6-7 storeys...will try to cover sometime later

I was in Belgaum for 4 years studying in KLESCET. I know this place very well and not much has changed since I left. Not sure why the red soil still lies around everywhere. It was a nightmare to step out if it rains since the clothes get reddened and not usable anymore. But the everything was fine with the city in terms of laid back life.
