Amazing ..I see it all the time but always thought that it's just a small high raise building ! ( I guess I didn't notice the board )

But how much will be high tower you will exceed the high Kingdom Tower

well.. tower's are being build in extreme north of city... where density of population is very low... y like dat..????

I think that's a good thing .
Riyadh is expanding rapidly so this area can be a new commercial center for Riyadh in the future .

well i agree to u.. but its too far... sumwat out of city u can say... i guess it will take 10years more till u get enough population around that place... if this tower was somewhere near to KAFD it would have been more great...

and also u can see from the above

map... there are litterally no building around..

it's not going to be something less than 270m (I guess)
and I don't have any reservations about the location like carbonated.brainiac or 3baaad 4 Jeddah,I'm totally with jh1's opinion,Riyadh is expanding rapidly,specially toward the north, actually it's going to be like a "Catalyst" to motivate the surrounding area
