Can't they just admit something that is so obvious? I dun see anything wrong by admitting when the whole world could see that the construction machines are all gone from the site.

Maybe they knew that you are not in Malaysia and they are trying to deny any 3rd party accounts.

Questions I asked....
1. Will the Service Residence lobby separated from the hotel?
Cos there will not be much privacy if it's a joined one….makes no differences from a hotel.

2. How can I be guaranteed of the return rates since there's a hotel identical to the Service Residence? Unless the hotel is fully book, if not, I dun think the priority will be given to Service Residence investor?

3. As the Facilities & amenities will be shared with Hotel’s operation. Most of the time, the facilities will be used by hotel guests…if the repair charges to Service Residence…it will be unfair….can you clarify this?

Could you tell me which email address you used to contact berjaya properties? I used the one from their website, but never ever get any reply from them.

from what I have been told from London sales office, there will be two towers. tower no 1 will the main hotel and tower no 2 will be the service apartment/residential block.

Check out their Bukit Jalil apartment projects. There are some quality issues that the buyers have to deal with.

Passed by their show room last week, the bad thing was the "very serious" security guard seemed quite alert when I was trying to take a look of their show room..probbaly me looks like spy or they saw me took the halted site picture at Bukit Nanas station..

thanks for the details. I will email them again. I bought one of the apartment. but wasn't between floor 12 to 32 but a little bit higher ,hoping will be my base when I go back to KL in the future.

Just got back from KL this morning.

Heres a latest pic I took last week. Shortly after taking this pic a guy was seen on the site with a wheelbarrow.
I've pretty much had it with Berjaya. Some of the people I met last week are so unprofessional. I will be writing to the top guy about that.
