Abad Nucleus is on NH-49, just a km away from Kundannoor Jn.

Wikimapia shows the byepass road, but I am not so sure about its alignment. The segment between Maradu to Vaikom road is almost complete now. But the segment from Vaikom road to Thiruvankulam is in stasis

Thanks for the details.

Seems the location is not bad, especially if the Airport Seaport Road from Kakanad gets linked to this location, as I heard was originally planned.

However, the location is not as prime as Oberon Mall.

Structural work and Glass cladding are almost complete... I think some interior works are going on now...

Passed by Abad Nucleus site a few days ago on way to Tripunuthura.

Seems work going on fast and in finishing stages.

Incharge person said they are planning for an April opening.

He said that some big name retailer has taken the Anchor store. (although he was not willing to give the name).

Maybe Nucleus will be the next Mall to open in Cochin
