Podium at Fairmont Pacific Rim

Just checked out the floorplans at Fairmont, and some of them look kinda weird. Like this seemingly average-sized 2-bedroom corner suite, which shares a floor with 6 other units (it's a fat tower)... but everything is super-sized and it's almost 2700 square feet, and with the typical price per square foot at $2100, it's over $5.6 million:

A 2-storey unit, sharing a floor with 8 other units, for almost $5 million. Note the creepy access from the hallway through the walk-in closet in the master-bedroom.

One of 3 sub-penthouses, for roughly $9-10 million.

Each of the 2 penthouses span 3 stories, including a roof garden. Both were sold, the slightly-bigger one, at over 6600 square feet, for $18 million.
