Funny thing is the mecanical floors at Hearst tower don't seem to blend with the rest of the tower......but they are needed......




Time Warner has the ventilation floors, but they are located at the base of the tower and in the back!!!

They should try to find a way to integrate them in the desing! I think that that happens because architects doesn't think about them untill they are making the final blueprints and they calculate the structure.

It is good to see a somewhat New stylish building coming up in Manhattan, otherwise I would feel everything is the same here in the city where I live...
I LOVE NY ;-)

My American friends actually are coming to Shanghai, yes. It is exciting to be a part of the great change, all in all, you cannot have houses everywhere, correct?

extremely nice. Can't say it beats Swiss Re though, I may be biased, but Swiss Re is much more of a revolution that has sparked interest in scrapers over here. When you get to see it everyday, you'll understand

This building is so beautiful. I walked by it the other night and was amazed. Its glass is among the best that I have ever seen.
