Nice building, but it does look like it should be taller. I imagine if this was Hong Kong or Shanghai it would be a thousand footer.

Why would it be? Hearst, despite being one of the world's leading publishers, doesn't need that much space!

It's coming along nicely. Just too bad those ventilation-floors, I think they could have found a better solution for that.

I agree. I don't seem to remember them even being visible in the renderings. I was a bit shocked when I first saw them. Oh well, it's still a great building.

I dont mind them actually, i think that they give a contrast between dark and the shiny cross bracing.
