Lets remember that Mexico City is located over a lake so the soil is not very stable and also we have to considered that is located in a zone with high sismic activity. All of this can be added to the fact that the city is very spread out so there is not a district that can handle supertalls.

The nearest example of a CBD with supertalls will be Reforma Avenue that in a near future will have Reforma 432 (200 meters), Torre Reforma (244 meters), Corporativo BBVA Bancomer (225 meters), and already built Torre Mayor (225 meters). All of this within a 1 km radius.

The name of the project tells you the adress "Marina 385" so this tower will be in Marina Nacional Avenue #385 just a few walk from Torre Pemex, second tallest tower of the city.
By the way I like a lot this project.

If there is a small cluster of towers in the west end of the Paseo de la Reforma, the we may end up having to increase the Cobalito Tower to its originally planned height (though it will remain an office building).

I think maxico city is wonderful city to live. This place is no noise pollution and no disturbance so we can live in natural atmosphere. There are many interesting places in maxico, all the floor and shops and flats are more colourful and attractive.
