Why does every single building have to be fancy and original. Sometimes you just need buildings that blend in the skyline perfectly and which are just functional.

If all buildings would scream for attention none will stand out. This one just accepts it's place in the city in a nice and modest fashion.

Excellent points! I agree with you both!

Maybe it is something that comes with age - and I am much older than most of people who post here - but one learns to appreciate simplicity and understatement. Not every highrise building has to be unique and striking. If it is well built and compliments the streetscape, it has accomplished it's purpose.

I LIKE! The cladding makes use of its simple shape and makes it interesting. Shame about the name though
