HONG KONG | Nina Tower | 319m | 1047ft | 80 fl | Com

I think special update threads are better for people who want to see how far a project is (now they have to search trough the whole HK update thread).

So here I'll start one about Ninatower, 319 meters tall, now about 200 meters I think:

Update 28-02-2004:

Those are great shots!
The second tower is only 164m, there's still half way to go for the other 319m tower.

Btw, did you guys finish uploading your pics? I have only seen those great night pics from Jan. Hurry up!

i dont know why Nina grow so slow. When i compare the pics taken in Feb 1st ( http://www.skyscraperpage.com/forum/...5&pagenumber=2 ) The concrete core didn't grow at all. The floor plate only grow one floor. What the heck!

Excellent! It has grown a lot since I last saw pics of it. I like this idea of having individual threads for individual construction projects. Makes it much easier for browsing and collecting info.

Which of the 2 is the taller tower?

In my opinion, the tower will become mutch nicer that the drawnings and rederings i saw of the tower before any construction took place.....something that is goooood.

No, Ninatower is in Tseun Wan. The tower is only 5 minutes walk from that MTR station. From there we walked throug a lot of towers and over the bridge to Tsing Yi. Only an hour walk.
