Reminds me of Eureka, in the aspect that it took them so long to finish the crown.

Haha.

Well in the end the building should look good. It's a good height too.

Actually, the builder dun want to finish the whole building too soon
coz the Nina Tower will finish until all the surround area totally complete
that make all the people get get easier and rent more expensive
is that make sence?
they can't just emepy the whole building after finish, that might coz the surface and the interior become to look old

Lifts

60 lifts and 30 escalators manage the vertical transportation within the building. The high speed lifts are supplied by Toshiba, while LM LIFTMATERIAL supplies the heavy duty lifts.

The 8000 kg lift, having 26 landings and 116 meters of travel height is installed and commissioned.

The truck lift with 13000 kg of duty load is being mechanically installed and is to be commissioned early 2005.

I havent been there in ages, though tbh the structure is nice but the cladding is horendous. Those back-laying holes they are vents for the installations? I can imagine because of the hight you need ducts in between the building instead of just on top.
Maybe it will all look better asap the protective layers are gone so it gets more a unity.
