what's going on na sa billboard on the side of the bldg., is MMDA removing them na? di ba nakayanang sirain ni Milenio? may plano na ba silang baklasin ang mga iyon since they seem unsafe during heavy winds and rain?

nandon pa rin yung billboard.. hindi pa lang nila ni ro roll out again.. medyo mainit pa sa MMDA eh.. yung latest billboard yata yung si Aga Mulach...

re: GA Tower 2 - may crane na sa site.. di ko lang nasilip kung nag first pouring na sila..

The typhoon indeed partially damage those billboard spotlight after unleashing it strength. Somehow I got surprise that the billboard operator fix it quickly after several days and look like they will soon light it up again. Wait and see na lang.

Hi everyone, I haven't really visited this thread for quite some time sobrang busy. Anyways, I'm planning on selling my unit... pa PM naman po if you have any ideas how much I could sell it for. Mine is an outher unit at the 11th floor facing manila.

Sanay na yun mga construction worker dyan sa construction pit. If my estimate is right approximate month that they will be on ground level (EDSA) is around April or May 07. What you seeing now is preparation for basement 5.

Is tower 2 identical to tower 1? baka naman maisipan nilang i-hang na ang billboard between the 2 towers, huwag naman sana. i take it na hindi maalis ng MMDA ang billboard sa side ng bldg. - that is out of code right? marami na silang tinanggal na billboards, may pag-asa kayang matanggal ang nandiyan?

Its not ment to be identical, mirror image lng ang GA tower 2, also walang kiddo Academy sa next tower, and magkakaron ng access sa pool side ng GA twert 1 at GA Tower 2, so pwede kng tumawid sa LINK bridge na naghcoconect sa dalawang tower, their planning to make the interior gym possible sa GA Tower 2. FYI

not ment to be identical, that's good. cool concept to inter-connect both towers, to transit in use of the pool from tower 2 and the use of the gym from tower 1 without ever leaving the buildings structure. thanx Sagi, how's the architechtural business going?

eh nagpalit nang design sa GA huh.. napangitan daw yung anak ni Mr. Lee sa design nang admin.. kaya yun.. sinugod nang mga bading na designer.. and tadan.. we now have a PINK christmas sa GA!
