The end of Zaragoza! It's at N-232 (Was A-68 for a couple years after the renumeration of all Spanish autovías).

Finland

The country is divided into 19 provinces which are further divided into 300+ municipalities. Each municipality is entitled to call itself a town, and many of those have taken such an action even if being rather a rural one.

The borders of both the provinces and municipalities are signed:

Entering the town of Jämsä:

Earlier, the border of municipalities was marked differently. These signs can still be seen, even if they are not maintained. This sign is obsolete, as the municipality on Längelmäki was split into two in 2007, and both fragments were merged to the neighbours:

The sign showing white on blue is the multi-purpose entrance sign. It is usually used to show the name of a village or a river, or it is put at the approach of a built-up area:

It also may separate the areas within towns. The signs are bilingual in bilingual areas:

That black on yellow designates entering a built-up area, and it implies some traffic rules (speed limit 50 km/h, parking, etc). It may be without the name of the area:

Or it may display the name of the area:

Sometimes, the name of the administrative center of a municipality is different from the name of municipality itself. In these cases, both names may be shown. This is not a bilingual sign:

End of the built-up area:

Bulgarian ones are black letters (upper line in Bulgarian with Cyrillic letters, second line transliterated) on white background, and sometimes have the city's coat of arms on it.

A quick google-search gave as results pictures from changing the signs, still this is enough to get the idea how they look:

Exiting the city/town/village signs are with red line diagonally strike-through:

Norwegian at top
Sami
Kven ("Finnish")

In Italy many towns have a bilingual sign: the first is the name in Italian language, the second is the name in the local language, as Italian people is almost bilingual: Italian language is in fact the lingua franca to communicate throughout the country. With friends is sometimes used the local language!

Most of them were installed by the political party "Lega Nord", they're not official at all, anyway.

Why do you say they're not official? Those signs are managed by municipalities, so as long as they approve, they're more than official.
