This one is very far from Shaoxing, it's located in Shangyu city at the east side of Shaoxing.

This is so complicated, I've been thinking about this kind of projects located out of the city proper for some time. For example, what happens with Tianjin projects located in Binhai districts? They are also very far away from the city proper.

I think Binhai will be kind of a seperate city. It's just too far away from Tianjin.
Perhaps they should've chosen an area closer to the city (like Pudong in Shanghai, which is just across the river). Probably they were just too keen on the manhattan-like peninsula in Binhai.

This proves that no matter how many tall buildings they construct in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, the YRD region will win over the PRD in the long term. Maybe then they will also realize that it's not about showing off pretty preppy skylines, but uniting cities together. It's all chaos down there in the south.

Nice pictures from Baiguan Plaza.

This building should also be upgraded to Complete status.
