That property in "X" sign is the site of Avida Towers atbang sa 18-storeys high 2nd building of APS . . .


I also notice yesterday that the fence for the newly constructed road is remove except the site with label (X) and its painted with yellow-black stripe which means a construction site.

avida towers cebu is a mid-end project targeting mostly the working class. daghan gyud units per floor. 2 x 2BR, 10 x 1BR, 12 x Studio = 24 units per floor

wala lang ko ka-picture sa building floor plan during our walk through sa showroom kay bawal gyud magdala camera. ang 2BR kay corner units. naa pod 1BR na corner units with different designs. around 5 designs available sa 1BR.

as previously posted.... Cebu Holdings is cracking down sites showing unauthorized display of the copyrighted photos. the office is tracking down sites which publicly show the renderings even when there's no license to sell yet. avida and ayala land are very strict in complying with the hlurb's regulations and policies.

If i'm not mistaken, there's still no license to sell and it is not legal for Avida to collect any form of payment for purchase or even reservation (in my own understanding).

i think what's confusing everyone here is the thought that Avida is already selling condo units, when apparently it's not. we need to wait for an official announcement and brokers need to wait, too. for the time being, CHI or Ayalaland is busy cracking down sites "ilegally" displaying their precious materials.

so..... what about samuel lao realty who has been deliberately posting print ads for the Avida project? and the fact that they have posted San Lorenzo Tower represented as Avida Towers Cebu. Has CHI done anything with regard to what they've been doing? just wondering.

Thats the problem...... kay almost all Realty Firm are very excited sa Avida, and in fact had been distributing the Letter of Intent to prospective clients, which means a de facto marketing?

If strict kaayo ang Avida on that aspect, they might have unwittingly discouraged realtors to market the products or worse end of block listing Avida itself in their inventories.... mao na unya nay problema di ba?

Subra kamahal oi. Ang income lang dako na a differensya between Cebu and MM. Ang per Sq meter sa luna sa Metro Cebu is about 5K or less pa sa MM.

I agree in the deletion of the thread........... as the thread creator i have no objection..

And in addition, i suggest that SSC shall have a self imposed block listing of Avida projects, unless we will have somebody from Avida itself to clarify about this.

Sir Fred personally excited kaayo ko sa Avida project before kay usa ko nakakuha sa unang info regarding sa project pero karon sa gipakita sa Ayala mas ganahan pako sa Asia Premiere og Innoland condos na mo compete sa Avida diha sa IT Park.
