so..... what about samuel lao realty who has been deliberately posting print ads for the Avida project? and the fact that they have posted San Lorenzo Tower represented as Avida Towers Cebu. Has CHI done anything with regard to what they've been doing? just wondering.
no comment lang ko sa last post nimo @rusty.

cool lang mo diri. naay reason ngano ang developer ila ning gihimo. you know how ayala land launches it projects.... remember the record of CHI....they want all interested investors to remain HOT till the launching date....para inig launch sa project... HUROT DAYON.

Rich, People know what Avida Ayala has to offer. They will just look at Manila thread and back read for feedback. They know its for mid level working bracket group. What I do not like the interior pero ok man and only 2 elevators with 21 units per floor and 19 or 21 storeys residences thats 399 x 2 the average occupants/unit, that will 798. How many times will it be use/unit. Hago kaayo ang elevator. kung mag maintenance na o breakdown, osa nalang ang magdagan. Maabtan ka siyam2x paabut sa elevator.

cebu is blest because avida towers cebu is actually an improvement of all its avida towers project in metro manila.

among ATC's building amenities:

* main lobby
* mailbox for each unit
* 3 elevators per tower
* adequate emergency power
* fire protection / alarm system
* telephone & cable provisions
* internet wi-fi ready (w/in the amenity area)

tower 1 is 25-storey condo building, the 1st three floors are reserved for parking areas. the remaining 22 floors will be for the 518 residential units.

4th floor - podium level reserved for amenities and garden units
5th-25th - residential units

suya lang tang mga pinoy sa japan ug china. kay wala man gyud tay atoa. kon duna man gani mga multinational companies tag-iya. unya proud nakaayo ta ana. wala pa gyud tay pinoy made technology or expertise nga maka lingi sa kalibutan sa pinas except sa mga jeepney.

not all bai... but mostly.... and you know it... and even candies and milk made in china dili ka kumpyansaan......... And besides.. i dont say baya na bati ug quality.. i only said.."BARATO".. now you read between the lines na lang.

In other countries, they buy china products only because after using it once they throw it away. so dili problema sa ilaha.. but dire sa atoa as a long term user dili jud maayo.

anyway.. we are OT here.......

OT: speaking of Chinese-made products, I have a first-hand experience dealing with Chinese suppliers as capacity of a Purchaser and reviewing & testing the products being offered to us...everything was in placed such the specifications, the quality etc. pero maglabad gyud akong ulo once ma-received na namo ang final shipment...okay na kaayo sa negotiation pero ambot inig abot sa goods, makunsumisyon gyud ka!...i would say, sa 10 Chinese factories, only 2 to 3 factories nga pulido ang trabaho....BUT, when a Chinese factory is doing business with an American company in which they have a control in the quality, makita sab gyud nga pulido ang produkto and you'll never expect that it's Made in China... pero akong na-learn sa mga Chinese suppliers, the more higher imong i-presyo, mokugi sab gyud sila sa pag improve sa quality..pero baraton gani ang presyo, barat sab ang quality...

well sa akong gitrabahoan sa una nga Japanese company nga naay factory in Cebu and China, lupig gyud sa workmanship quality ang mga intsik i-compare sa pinoy. And they're under the same company ha. In fact ang mga pinoy ipadala sa Japan para i-train, then ang pinoy ang mo-train sa mga intsik hehehe...

lahi ang clout sa mga americans kay sa mga pinoy. everybody wants american business and if you want it you have to follow standards and specifications. dili man ta member sa g7 nations dili gyud ta toho-an bisan pa how stringent is your product requirements.

the chinese can psych the ways and means of the pinoys nga ma oto2x ra nila but not the americans. but i see in the future nga masulod ra sa laang ning mga kano.

^ super OT na ta...heheh...last na lang ni...

...mao ng recently, we get orders na lang from USA bisan a bit higher in the price...sulit man sab...mas taas ang quality and very very nice ang packaging ..but we ship the goods direct from the manufacturer in China (not from their warehouse in USA) because we can save a lot from shipping cost and the transit time is shorter...so, bawi ra sab sa presyo..
