Great roundup of your 2009...I'm amazed how much you travel, wish it was me.
 I have a few shots very similar to your first from Barcelona. I was waiting a few hours there, watching the sunset and waiting for the fountain, which unfortunately never was turned on. However, still a great view in the evening.

@mlm: Thanks! The weather sucked while I was in Barcelona, so it was hard to get some beautiful shots, but I did get lucky with the fountain. They turned it on just when I took the picture and off shortly after.

Quite a bit of traveling here. Seemingly some nice destinations too (although I haven't even heard of some of them). Lovely photos.
