This one depends on when land acquisition can be completed, which is a huge problem in Nanjing in recent years, it gave loads of trouble for Hunan Road plot.

just passed the lot. It is still used for parking and no apparent activity. Although the wall surrounding it has the above mentioned renderings on it. So this can confirm the design.

I went to the plot and too some pictures. Currently it is still used as a parking lot, but the word is around that construction will start very soon and that the building will contain a Park Hyatt Hotel. Acutally it says so on some renders, also those ones on the wall around the plot. Here they are:
