Is that one the one in Germany?

It represents the typical image one has of a castle as a child.

Maybe only other German castles could come close to Neuschwanstein.
Let me try...

Edinburgh Castle, City of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Edinburgh castle is a spectacular castle, built on an extinct volcano which overlooks the stunning city of Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland.

Castle Karlštejn in the Czech Republic:

I really dislike Neuschwanstein. Granted, the surroundings are nice, the view also...but it is new! It's not authentic! It is a little more than 100 years old. It has electricity in most rooms, heating pipes, tap water...where is the castle feeling in that?!

But I guess the looks are enough to amaze North Americans..

Yes, lack of electricity and tap water do not factor in.

Eilean Donan Castle

Shame about the Castle in Belgium. Shows you how nature takes over.

Ahh, just wanted to post this...

It is a castle, and supposedly the largest still intact in the world.

Here is Chateau de Chillon on Lake Geneva:
