In case anyone is interested, FlyScoot have now released seats from Oct 27 through to May 2013 at last.
I've just booked a return to Singapore from Sydney for a week over Xmas for $630 return (which beats QF, SIA & Virgin at $1550 return), so i'm giving them a try. This almost the same fare as going to the CG for Xmas! |

Vancouver for a wedding, not sure after that. Any ideas for 2 x 12hour daytime stop overs in LAX. Thinking about the Getty Museum for one ......

Flying out to Singapore very shortly. A good 7 hour flight so plenty of time to get started on those glasses of Baileys. After 2 nights there I'll be heade. To Bangkok for 2 nights also before spending a week in pattaya.

Leaving in a week and a bit for a roadtrip around California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada. Flying over with a friend to LA but he's doing a different trip to me. After LA I'll be driving around the desert with a camera for 3 weeks.

Perhaps a stroll down Venice Beach amongst the eccentrics? You could also catch the ferry out to Santa Catalina Island... |

My boyfriend is taking me away to the Gold Coast next month for a weekend getaway. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions on what to do there?
Keep in mind I don't really like the beach and I'm not sure of how much time we'll spend in Brisbane. I do like a good bush walk though so I wouldn't mind exploring the hinterland around the Gold Coast.

Mt Tamborine is quite nice. It's a pretty drive out the from the coast and there's a lookout where you can look back to the skyline of the GC.
There are some walking tracks up there, though i haven't been on them myself. |

Something like that, but he's got these awful thing called 'morals' and won't write me any scripts. Maybe he'll give me some oxy for my birthday
![]() Aside from that however, he's 31, cute as fuck and completely lovely. I'm horribly, horribly in love and couldn't care less about his script pad. What has become of me?
