It has 4 different elevator cores labeled A (middle) then the 3 outer ones B, C, and D which will be marked, so it will be easy to know what tower to be in.

Or something like the art deco buildings from the 1920's movie Metropolis

My dream skyscrapers?

1) 300-400 meter neo-80s, futuristic tower with sharp, clear edges and an overall evil-looking and imposing form, yet with a bit of modern elegance to balance it out.

2) Three identical, 500m tall, perfect square boxes, covered in one type of glass, in a triangular arrangement around a circular plaza. (I drew this on paper before)

3) 300-400 m Neo-gothic revival

4) Skyscraper with a red glass facade

5) Clean, and strong silver or black grid-metal box skyscraper to reflect the no-nonsense, business-like aura of the city.

6) 700m triangular prism shaped ultra-black glass skyscraper with a sharp spike at each corner on the roof, and white vertical strips on each corner edge. (Yes, I like evil looking buildings)

I could list so many more...

Location?
1: Russia or another northern European/Asian country
2: Anywhere; preferably China
3: Any large, American city
4/5: Anywhere
6: Completely isolated in a low-rise post-communist city.

Nightmare skyscraper: Kitschy, cluttered, disproportional, and cheap-looking tower.

My honest answer:

- 400m
- 90 floors
- Cylindrical
- Cladding similar to Columbia Center in Seattle

- Offices, hotel, retail, restaurants
- No spire
- Tokyo, Guangzhou, Shenzhen

I like this one far more than the Houston Tower because the Houston Tower had some sections triangular while the original Changsha Skycity is right angles only

A straight up Art Deco tower but with materials resembling those used in the iPhone. ~500 meters tall, black and white colors, with a glass-encased look. Digital and interactive lighting that follows the vertical lines and crown.

Ornamentation would adhere strictly to art deco forms using modern, 21st century symbolism. Think computers, phones, LCD screens, circuit boards, etc.

Apple, please build this.

Multiplied by 15, with more transparent glass and more greenery in the holes

After reading and thinking for a week now i think it is my turn now.

Height: 1200m (1000m-1100m roof) becoming the new world's tallest city after Kingdom Tower
Floors: floors up to the roof ending in an observation deck.
Spire: maybe one or more spires, but one spire being the tallest.
Shape: extremely futuristic with sharp edges and modern looking glass and steel. (similar style to nanjing greenland or ping-an)
Location: Centerpiece of an existing or new CBD surrounded by several other supertalls and at least three more 400m+ buidings of which one is at least 500m.
City: Tier-A Chinese City (e.g: Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen...)
Purpose: mixed-use

I would love to see a massive building rising thousands of meters into the air and being able to sustain about a million people.

That would be fine
Detroit has just the thing you're looking for.... a 200 meter German-Dutch Gothic topped 47 story office tower...
