lebu is south west of addis , an extended area of mekanisa is near to alem gena,sebeta.new area filled with private villas public condminium .the new and biggest chinees glass factory in africa situated also in lebu.

Melkam Sira Townhouse
currently under construction
Lebu Area Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Modern minimalism

The plan of this townhouse is on a narrow site (8m width by 11.75 m depth single unit) laied out to achive an equal size of the built-able footprint for green area at the ground level and extended the upper floors out by cantilevering to provide enough area for sleeping space.
The living space has an open and transparent link with the green breathable space.The upper floor has simple rooms and have large and frequent window openings to maximize the open feeling of the space, and also a bedroom balcony and a small roof garden is provided.
