This tower has been a mystery for some time and noone had any high expectations for it and it turned out to be an awesome looking tower, IMO. Although a residential tower, its not even half as tacky as the other buildings sprouting up in Dubai Marina and some of the SZR ones like Al Mualla, Golden Sands etc. Thanks for the info melkor. One more thing, are you working in any other project in Dubai by any chance?

what is the official height then?
146m or 158m ?

will the sloping screens be part of the design which is needed to acknowledge the 158m as an official height?

Ive always said that, the residential towers in Dubai Marina are not all that. They're not that bad, but their not that nice either.

this is a beauty no doubt however I am working on what will be one of the best looking high rise residential towers in Dubai and it will blow you guys away when you see it. Cant tell a name or height or location just yet but stay tuned.
Melkor thanks for that bit of info, Ill copyright the architects as I have done with most of the towers on ss.com.

its practicly about to be built.
the first model made it look cool. but that rendering makes it look just like another cheesey tower.
more emirates towers, less Sheikh Essa, please.

Its approved and is a mid height (lower than 200m 40 odd floors). Will be made public soon, hold on , believe me its worth the wait
