Need Some Help

Hello ppl...

I just have Sim City 4 a few days so i would apreciate some help...
I tried millions and millions of times, diffrent terrains, smaller or bigger maps, but i cant seem to make a profitable city, so i would like some hints or tutorials or somethin to help me get on track

Well at the start, try to build only light and some medium zoning. And ignore things like police and hospitals until you get better earning. Once you earn better, then place them. Make sure your taxes are resonable as well to encourage growth because more population = more cash. And you might want to enact the gambling ordinance first to earn the §100 per month. Ignore the other ordinances first until you're sure you can afford it because they're important as well but not neccessary so in the start. It's ok to have slums in the start, since most cities take some time and budget and investment to grow to a beautiful city. Once you have the cash, start investing in important stuff like education and health and keep your cities protected.
