Online shopping for Ethiopian publications. It's like Amazon.com or Borders.com (mereb itself means border) but for Amharic magazines, books, minamin. I'm not sure if there are other languages.

Neat site. Although, it should be noted that these products are actually Amazon.com products. What the site does is filter it out to specific niche based on the Amazon Web Services API--a freely available service. Quite useful though.

Really?? I always understood it to mean border. I guess it's because of Mereb River and being told it forms the border between Ethiopia and Eritrea.

Lol ah, I c. Well, mereb is also what they call Volleyball and tennis nets. And in that, I suppose it can be loosely interpreted as border between two sides as well.
