Perhaps. Although I'm probably just wrong (Where is the church you posted a photo of?)

I found another tall one in England, the church tower of St Botolph's in Boston, Lincolnshire (272 ft 6 inches (83.06 m) high), a few inches taller than the crossing tower of Lincoln.

Regarding the former spire of Lincoln Cathedral:

In the 17th century, they at least managed to keep the other 2 spires, which give you an idea of the big dude:

GDAŃSK, POLAND

St. Mary's Church

The largest brick church in the world (the highest being St. Martin's Church, Landshut, Germany), and one of the largest Brick Gothic buildings in Europe.

They did a superb job of rebuilding St Mary's in Gdansk as it was almost totally destroyed during World War 2.

Rouen cathedral, the tallest in France (151m).
The top is a 19th century cast iron spire, wich replaced a 16th century wooden one :

As you can see here, one of the pinnacles is now missing. It fell down during a storm in 1999 ; it has not been replaced yet.

The pinnacles being built (end of the XIXth century)

Is there a possibility to donate for the Rouen Cathedral so they can rebuild the damaged turret?

The 'Basilica of the Sacred Heart' in Brussels is one of the biggest (not highest) churches in the world. The massive brick and concrete reinforced church features two thin towers and a green copper dome that rises 89 metres (290 ft) above the ground, dominating the northwestern skyline of Brussels.

(source and pic Wikipedia)

It's built on a hilltop and can be seen from far away.

As 1772 mentioned,it was world's highest building 1549-1625. After it's spire got struck by lightning on several times,it was rebuilt shorter (originally 159 meters, currently 123 meters)

There is an online petition here
http://www.rouen-histoire.com/Cathed...pel_Fleche.htm

When it collapsed, the pinnacle crashed on the roof, down to the nave :
http://rouen.blogs.com/photo/2010/02/la-cath%C3%A9drale-apr%C3%A8s-la-temp%C3%AAte.html

As far as I remember, the nave was rapidly repaired, but the turret was something else. Maybe the ancient parts of the cathedral, though undamaged by the storm, were considered more important (for example, the western façade is now being restored and cleaned). When they actually considered rebuiliding the pinnacle, they realised that the other ones where in bad shape too, and needed rebuilding as well...
I read somewhere the rebuilding of the four pinnacle was supposed to begin "very soon". Until now, only safety nets where installed (to prevent the remaining pinnacles from falling ?) :

The Rouen pinnacle is one of the most beautiful ever created by mankind.
It's even more impressive in person, even if you can't see those marvellous details as in the above shot. It's huge!
