WOW!!!! Great Project! But is Semnan a good choice for this project? I mean wouldn't have been better If they build all these in Isfahan or Shiraz? ..Just wandering..

This place looks so lovely. I really hope this place does get built. But the problem is it's such a huge project... Why does Iran have so many of these huge projects which are a bit over the top? Would people even want to go to Semnan?

I can't even imagine this working in Mazandaran or Gilan...
