Development going along nicely on Pareliusveien 2 now. Holtveien 3 is also by the way all gone, and they have now blown away for them to start with garage and grunnmur.

Holtveien 3 has been stopped temporarily due to some small changes that has to take affect before they can move on. Seems they have made it to big and close to their neighbours.

Pareliusveien 2 has now started with exterior work. Closing up the entire building so to speak. Road works has also been started in Pareliusveien due to expected increased traffic situation and better sidewalks.

Exterior on house B is now in full progress. I am very pleased to see that they will be using the same dark wooden panel as they have done right over the street on earlier allready completed project - Pareliusveien 1. This will become a great addition to the neighbourhood, and increase the exclusive total inhabitants allready situated on Holtet. An area allready filled with high priced villas very closeby to Oslo will get more and more inhabitants as they fill up plots of large villas with exclusive and very nice apartment complexes. Prices range from 3.7 til 10 m Nkr on this specific location. (616.000 us dollars to 1.666.666 us dollars)
