<offtopic>Consider him a clown or not, he managed to become champion in his first year with this material. I noticed that he is still blamed for not qualifying with England for Euro 2008 but Louis van Gaal also did not manage to qualify our Dutch team for the World Cup 2002 and look what van Gaal is doing now
</offtopic>The Grolsch Veste looks impressive and it will be even more impressive once the 32.000 expansion will be finalised. I dont like the final result though, the curve is ugly in the render. ( Although the quality of the render is also very poor ) |

Of course he's clown not for Boro or Twente Well,Eredivisie not strong championship now especially when PSV and Feyenoord looks poor.He have only one competitor - Ajax.Don't compare him to Van Gaal or Guus Hiddink who also did not manage to qualify our Russia team, they just different class managers. BTW This stadium remind me big version of the Stade La Maladière in Swiss

Besides the dominant red colour there is in my opinion no resemblance between La Maladière and the Grolsche Veste.

Some information about the status quo:
After the joint bid of Netherlands and Belgium for the 2018 worldcup wasn´t sucessful, in summer 2011 De Grolsche Veste was expanded to a capacity of around 30.000. There are still plans for a further expansion to around 44.000 seats until 2015. |
