Which moderator changed the title into "T/O"??? This tower is still under construction! We're at 36th floor for now and the final design hasn't been released yet:

Are you sure it will be 37 floors ?? The base seems to big for 37 floors.I am sure it will be over 60 floors.

What I don't understand is why are they building a instable High-rise in Istanbul which has a high risk for earthquakes. I don't see any diagonal beams which is essential for an earthquake proof tower and I see only concrete and no steel and concrete is not flexible and that's bad with earthquakes...
