Ottawa: Canada's Capital

During my University reading week, I took a trip to Ottawa and Montreal. The Montreal photos will come later.

Ottawa is about a 5 hour drive from Toronto and lies on the eastern border of Ontario. It is Canada's capital and thus the city contains many of Canada's main governmental institutions and museums.

Across the Ottawa river lies Gatineau, Quebec. One of the main attractions there is the Museum of Canadian Civilization.

And that's it. Look out for my Montreal thread coming soon. The rest of the Ottawa photos are in my signature.

I hope you enjoyed it.
