that development as well as quite a few others along tanjong rhu... spanish resort-ish is it?

de paradiso seems to have a bit of that but with cool colours like lincoln modern or bishan point or something...

dont look similar to me and de paradiso isnt in such a nice location.

fortunately the balconies in the 1st pic face away from the busy and noisy Balestier Rd

hrm.. it's basically the mediterranean resort feel you get with those roofs... to me at least

they face cte is it? haha still busy but at least nicer...

Freehold De Paradiso Relaunched This Weekend

23 June 2004

De Paradiso Development Pte Ltd, a member of BS Capital Group, will be launching its remaining 24 units in De Paradiso, a freehold 20-storey apartment development off Mandalay Road, at an average price of $598 psf this weekend.

More than 50% of the units were snapped up during the first launch of De Paradiso in March 2002. Shortly thereafter, the showflat was closed due to the progress of construction.

“The relaunch pricing is competitive compared to the recent transactions in neighbouring developments like Ansley, Mandale Heights and Pinnacle 18 which are transacted between $645 to $726 psf this year,” said Mr. Joseph Tan, Director, Residential Project Marketing, CB Richard Ellis.

Nestled in the private residential estates of Novena, De Paradiso is conveniently located near modern amenities such as shopping malls, cinemas, supermarkets and schools (Shaw Plaza, Novena Square, Anglo-Chinese Primary School). The Novena MRT Station is also within walking distance. Accessibility to various parts of Singapore is easy via the CTE, PIE and Orchard Road is just but a few minutes away.

Comprising two and three-bedroom units as well as penthouses, with sizes ranging from 904 – 2108 sq ft, the development also boasts spectacular views of Orchard Road and the CDB skyline from the upper floors.

The Temporary Occupation Permit for De Paradiso is expected next month.

CB Richard Ellis is the sole marketing agent for De Paradiso.

The showflats at No. 20, Martaban Road will be open to the public between 10.00am and 6.00pm daily. The showflat will open till 8pm this weekend to allow interested buyers to enjoy the spectacular night views of the city from the high floor units.
