See those sentence in bold red up there? Burt is saying Bauer has 'projects ín Dubai' as if "Bauer" is doing the contracting of doing the foundation of certain building....
Which is not the case as i know what business Bauer is in here in Dubai and in fact is in the process of pulling out their operations in the UAE now.
Thus, my reply to Burt that Bauer does not do foundation contracting job in Dubai but rents/sell or lease only equipment. (See below quote)

Now back to your query, isn't that very obvious that the gist of my reply simply is a correction that Bauer does not do contracting job like laying foundation in Dubai? I even provided a link.

I get your point pretty well... What I am trying to ask is, does this apply to their operations here in the country? In my observation, here in the foundation works of both LKK Towers, it seems that they are the ones undertaking it... So, because you seem to know so much, I am just asking you if it might be possible they do foundation works themselves... Your link seems to contradict what we see here... If you know the exact answer to my question, then please share with us what you know... If you don't, then may be you can enlighten us some other time... So, unsa man? :-)

i think the highlighted words say that their services can be rendered and doesnt say that their equipment can be rented. if someone will require their services, their company will do the necessary services because they have the man power to do so. it means, since its their equipment, the check payment will go to Bauer not for the equipment only but the entire job, namely the man power and their equipment.

its the same when we hired tristrength engineering services. when we asked for a certain service, they supplied us with the man power as well as the equipment. when all were done, the receiver of the check was still tristrenght eng'g services. in short, i think youre mistaken

in most cases, when a company requires for an engineering contract, the company supplies the man power and the necessary equipment. meaning ila tana except, of course, for the materials.

You get my point yet you refuse to accept it. Why would i touch on something i did not delve on or what its operation is in the Phils. as i only pointed out Bauer Dubai as per Burt's post?

Which was my point also, i only touched on Bauer operations in Dubai as per Burt's post (again) and i do not want to comment on Bauer's operation in the Phils., whether i know anything of it or not.
