ok Np. sir..Witness din kasi ako dat tym sir when i was at the I.T park Cebu that time I thought its just a pouring of cement cause its very loud we can hear it kahit nsa park kami papuntang the walk. Yun pla may nag collapsed raw na building construction near skyrise 2.

makaryo was right. there were parts of a t-crane inside the area of the 33 storey hotel. ill post the pictures later.

if im not mistaken, the color of the t-crane is yellow.

also, the area of the 33 storey hotel is now being fenced. i think that it wont be long that theyll start the 33 storey tower.

I appreciate your effort in keeping skyscrapercity a reliable forum. However if you look at the stem of your statement, it's quite misleading. I thought that the entire construction collapsed. Your two sources specified that only a portion of these constructions collapsed. It could have been better if you were more precise with your statement. Incidents like this have been happening not only in Cebu but in other cities as well. And Davao City is not exempted.
