16.000m2 me parait être une surface trop modeste. Je pense que Tanger mérite plus que ça.

I don't think so! Casablanca's projects are huge! Tangier's ones are modest!

Je ne pense pas! Cap Tingis est un projet touristique comme beaucoup d'autres, hotel + villas, y a rien de nouveau dedans!

Oui bon les deux projets n'ont pas la même vocation, mais au moins on gagne une tour de 25 étages!

Its great there are all these plans, whether they actually get built is another question. In the current market (the recession) I can't see them starting any project until the markets are stable. Construction companies are not willing to put in cash from their own pockets and the banks won't lend...

Quel est la surface commerciale de ce mall? 100 000 m2 c'est la surface du terrain je penses, la surface commerciale please?

Morrocco Mall, c'est 200 000 m2 de terrain et 70 000 m2 de surface commerciale, Al Mazar c'est 40 000 m2 de surface commerciale, Mega Mall Rabat 26 000 m2, Borj Fes 25 000 m2...

Des infos concrètes sur les enseignes ?

ps: il faudrait que les concepteurs aient à l'avenir un peu plus d'imagination dans le choix des noms. On mange du XXXX mall quasiment à chaque projet.
