haha .. I wish ... however, considering the amount of money I have dumped at that place, I believe I should own at least a bar stool by now ...

it is just my favorite watering hole located conveniently in CP and minus the sosha of 5* mind-numbing boredom ... all the bartenders know me and I enjoy the atmosphere ... cheers.

You know what these guys are also installing some real coooool lighting systems in CP and central park...wow i was loving every moment of it....

cant wait to see CP fully done.....

Connaught Place is MAGICAL yaar..its really something else..Everybody loves CP no matter in what condition it is...best place to be....
Can't wait to see it fully renovated with all that lightning and new ways and new blocks..wow

anybody knows how many million square foot of office space is there?

they should aim for 50-100 million sqaure foot off office space. capable of employing about 500,000 people in high end jobs.

Planting grass is the worst idea ever. It'll get trampled on and become a dustbowl within a few months and a mudbath in the monsoons.

They should have put high-quality concrete over the whole thing with a drainage system underneath.
