Hi, I don't see to much discussion or excitement about this project? I know its not in Newtown but besides that other things are really in favor of this project. What is the take from other gurus.

It is located in Sodepur on B.T. Road

I am aware that the project is located in Sodepur. My question was what are the prospects of investment in this property. I know there has been discussion of metro but that maybe years.

Builder started handing over phase 1 recently. Did people started living.
