I guess, as much as Ayala would want that portion to be renovated, they couldn't act on it readily because its under the Metro management. IMO, what Ayala can do about it is to talk to the management regarding that concern so that there would be harmony with Ayala's ongoing renovations. Albeit, Metro knows that because they too is busy with its interior renovations, hopefully the exteriors will follow.

100k ang GFA sa expansion? If I'm not mistaken, it was stated na 36k ang GLA and 50k ang GFA sa expansion.
