sa map sa cebu business park na showing ang mga cut sa lot,i think the entire ayala mall area is labeled superblock because of its size - one massive block.

btw, gibuhatan na og bag ong waiting shed ang atbang sa lot kilid sa FGU, kanang lane padong sa flyover. Tungod ra sa gi fence nga lotsa eton.

basig naa sa mga 60 to 80 hectares siguro pero not sure though... SRP is 300hec. CBP is 50 hec.

sa akong nabasahan sauna, mas dako gyud ang SRP but i remember its within 100-200 range pero wild guess ra na ha. IMO ang makati CBD kay medjo circular sya while SRP kay pataas.

ang Ortigas Center kay 100 hectares man so murag mas dako pa ana ang Makati CBD...

how i wish ang SRP pareha sa Makati CBD or bisan ang Ortigas Center lang..hehe..hala threatened na sila didto sa SRP...hehe

so kung icombine ang IT Park, IT park extension(campo), then ayala business park, mao mao og ortigas kadak-on??? so payts kaayo sa? plus hi-rise cluster sa SRP and Uptown (fuente/mango)...Payter!!!

pero ang pangutana kung asay boundary sa Ayala Business Park. Or is the Makati Business District is the entire Ayala Business Park or smaller ra ang Ayala Business Park within the Makati Business District.
